ATLAS Cider Co. produces authentic hard cider fermented from 100% fresh pressed fruit from our region. Partnering with northwest farmers to source our fruit has been a priority of ours from the beginning. Our ciders start with a base of Northwest varieties that are pressed to achieve a balance of sweetness, tartness, and dryness in our blends. Using cold pressed technology and first-rate fruit allows us to retain the apple and fruits delicate aroma and flavors. Our ciders are crafted in the heart of the Northwest in Bend, OR.

Our flagship apple cider is a celebration of the Northwest. The fruit forward apple aroma and taste come from a tailored blend that perfectly balances the sweetness, tartness, and dryness of the fruit. Hard POM-Cherry Cider

Pomegranate and Cherry marry together into this unique cider union. Pomegranates have been cherished for their exquisite beauty, flavor, color, and health benefits for centuries. The tart flavor of the pomegranates is finely balanced with the subtle sweetness of the cherries. Some scholars even believe that the irresistible, forbidden apple from the Garden of Eden was actually a Pomegranate. Cheers to ATLAS for creating a cider that is a royal blend of fruit.

Hard Blackberry Cider

Oregon has a state flag, song, flower, and this my friends is our nomination for a state cider. A deep hue of purple fills the glass as we took zero short-cuts with this fine blend of blackberries and elderberries. The tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the complex characteristics of the elderberries. Filled with tannins the cider leaves a delightful dry and rich finish. Cheers to NW berries.

Hard Apricot Cider

Pressed golden orange apricots dominate this uniquely tart cider. The Apricots add a subtle flavor that is like combining a peach and a plum but not quite as sweet. The Romans and Greeks had it right when they used apricots as a main ingredient of their drink known as the "Nectar of the Gods”. The driest of our ciders leaves a lasting round finish that calls for more. May the Gods be appeased.

What else makes ATLAS cider different?

We are a family run company that started creating ciders simply because were not satisfied with the variety and quality of the ciders in the marketplace. An overwhelmingly majority were either hardcore dry or cloyingly sweet. In addition being based in the heart of the Northwest gives us other opportunities to improve the quality. An example is our apples are fresh pressed and fermenting within the same day. Also, all the mass produced ciders in America are now owned by beer corporations; they have essentially created a new segment of corporate ciders. When focusing on volume these companies frequently use adjuncts, colorings, and chemical preservatives to be able to ship and distribute these ciders across the country. ATLAS ciders are clean, subtle, all natural, and NW Local. We are on a mission to bring out the best of the Northwest and that's it, that's all.
